The begining (Gen 1:1-2)

There is always a beginning of everything...

In the beginning God created heaven and the earth. this is the beginning, before it there was no heaven and earth, it is just nothing.

the earth was without form, and it was still nothing but darkness

This is the beginning of our story. There is alpha point or starting point. It begin with creation. The beginning is the genesis.

The marvelous creator, the maestro, the one who is not created, He is there before it was created. He is the one that remain always, He is the eternity. the one who has no beginning and no end. everything was from Him and and He also will end.

He is GOD... the logos was with Him since the beginning... the wisdom was Him to lay the foundation of the earth...

He first created, the appropriate word for create is “bara”. it signifies the what before did not exist now was made.
from nothing and never exist, now there is something, and it is exist.

the opposite of beginning is ending. every story has a beginning and has an end. the earth has created, it will consume someday. our story is from C to C... from creation to consummation. The most important thing is the eternity. the story may not end if the writer is everlasting, and He write it in the eternity.

Does GOD created the earth for eternity ? or it has aspect of eternity ?

God created the heaven and the earth at the beginning. He made them for Him, to always and always with Him. before the fall, God made them in the eternity and for Him always. to be with Him remain always...

The heaven and the earth was still in chaos, the earth was empty and waste. He with His logos and the wisdom created the earth. it is not good the earth in chaos and dark. He need to set up the rule, therefore He lay the foundation of the earth with His wisdom and give His Logos

The spirit of God move upon the face of the waters. He observe the earth, as an architect see land in order to think what to build upon it or a potter look at the clay, or the painter look at the canvas. it is still without form and void. there is something to do, to build.
